Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if the product is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email sales@slingswings.co.za and ship the item to:
